I already use Outlook for my calendar. What do I need Biz-e for?

Outlook probably the most widely-used calendar program on the market. And we have all become very comfortable and familiar with its interface. Biz-e takes advantage of this by integrating directly with Outlook so that you don’t have to change calendar programs. More importantly, Biz-e turns a plain calendar system into a powerful scheduling tool that simplifies the process of scheduling meetings with multiple people and eliminates the endless stream of emails and counter-proposals to requests.

I have seen lot’s of web-based scheduling and calendar systems and most of them really don’t offer much value. What’s so special about Biz-e?

First, while Biz-e takes advantage of the web and email, it is not just a web-based tool. Biz-e integrates with Outlook on your desktop and does not require you to move your calendar to a website or manage multiple calendars. Can I Use Biz-e to Schedule Meetings That I will Not Attend?

Yes. Biz-e enables you to designate whether you will attend a meeting or not. So, if you are an administrative assistant coordinating a meeting on behalf of another person it is easy for you to include them as an attendee but not yourself.

What Calendar Systems Does Biz-e Work With?

Meeting requests can be sent from Biz-e to any person regardless of what they use to manage their calendar and they can easily respond to those requests through a web interface. Biz-e is also fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook, giving you a view of each date and time that corresponds to any meeting request right from Outlook, creating tentative meetings and finalizing the correct meeting once it has been confirmed, Future versions of Biz-e will integrate with other calendaring systems. In order to initiate a meeting and benefit from all of Biz-e’s automation and tools a user needs to have the biz-e plug in.

No more than 5 minutes. The Biz-e software takes less than three minutes to download and install and the solution is easy to use and intuitive.

What New Functionality Does Biz-e Plan to Provide?

Biz-e is continually adding new features and functionality to the solution that make it easier and more efficient to manage the scheduling of meetings. You should anticipate seeing a new version of Biz-e available for you to download every three to nine months.
